Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Cubis.lt online store.

By browsing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from our store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

The online store Cubis.lt sells bookmarks, bookish accessories, decorations, pins and other related products.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cubis.lt. The term “customer” or “you” refers to the person browsing the website, placing an order or purchasing products from our store.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on our website.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including product descriptions, photos, colors, materials and dimensions.

However, please note that the actual color or appearance of a product may slightly differ from what you see on your screen due to device settings, lighting, screen type or photo editing.

Some products may be handmade, 3D printed or produced in small batches, therefore minor differences between items may occur. These differences are not considered defects if they do not affect the normal use of the product.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, availability or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order on Cubis.lt, you confirm that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or modify an order if:

the product is unavailable,

payment has not been received,

incorrect information was provided,

there was a technical or pricing error,

we suspect fraudulent or improper activity.

If we need to cancel or change your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

4. Prices and Currency

All prices in our online store are displayed in euros (EUR).

Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the applicable legal requirements and the information displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and shown before completing the order.

We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts and promotions at any time. The final price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout at the moment the order is placed.

5. Payment Methods

Payment for products in our online store can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Customers can pay using the electronic banking services of the following banks:

Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas.

Payments are accepted in euros (EUR).

Payments are processed through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform. After selecting a payment method, the customer may be redirected to a secure payment environment to complete and confirm the payment.

The order is processed only after the payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address or parcel terminal selected by the customer during checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information. If incorrect delivery details are provided, we are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the selected delivery method, destination, carrier workload, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery companies, customs procedures, incorrect customer information or events beyond our control.

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected or because incorrect delivery information was provided, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 30 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received was defective, damaged or incorrect.

Before returning a product, please contact us by email at info@cubis.lt and include your order number and reason for return.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

gift cards,

custom-made or personalized products,

used or damaged products,

products returned without original condition,

items that cannot be returned for hygiene or legal reasons.

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued according to our return policy.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method or to the bank account from which the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake, a defective product or an incorrect item being sent.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cubis.lt.

Please include:

your order number,

a short description of the issue,

photos of the damaged or incorrect item,

photos of the packaging, if relevant.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund or another suitable solution.

11. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Cubis.lt are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The customer is responsible for keeping the gift card code safe. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misused gift card codes.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cubis.lt website, including product photos, texts, graphics, designs, logos and other visual materials, belongs to Cubis.lt or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

13. Personal Data

We process personal data only for purposes related to order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery, customer support and legal obligations.

Personal data may be shared with service providers necessary to complete your order, such as payment processors, delivery companies and website service providers.
